When I went to Coney Island for the first time in my life last week, I became slightly nostalgic just like the man in the film said. It’s funny because I didn’t grow up anywhere near New York. In fact, I didn’t even grow up in United States. Maybe, I was reminded of the imagery of Coney Island-like places in American movies I’d watched while I was growing up in Korea. How I wish now that my real life in Los Angeles were just like the ones in those movies that took place in Coney Island-like places…
